Ingredients

  • 2 Farmer's Finest Free Run Large Eggs
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice (preferably day-old)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • 1/2 cup shredded chicken
  • 1/4 Cucumber sliced
  • 2 vine tomatoes sliced
  • Fried shallots for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and shallot and fry until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  2. Add the rice, breaking up any clumps. Stir in kecap manis, soy sauce, chili paste, and the shredded chicken and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  3. Push the rice to one side of the pan. Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil and crack in your @farmersfinesteggs . Add a lid and cook eggs to your preferred doneness.
  4. . Scoop fried rice into a bowl and top with your fried egg, cucumber, tomatoes, and fried shallots. Enjoy :)
