Ingredients

  • 1 Farmer’s Finest egg
  • 1 bagel
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Grab bagel and place it in a toaster
  2. Preheat a frying pan on high and spray with cooking spray
  3. Once frying pan is hot, decrease temperature to medium and crack the Farmer’s Finest egg directly into the pan
  4. Season the egg with salt and pepper
  5. Once the egg white starts to cook, put the water on a lid and pour the water directly into the pan
  6. Close the pan with the lid and let the steam cook the egg yolk (two minutes if you like your eggs medium poached, more if you want the yolk well done)
  7. Once the egg is ready to your liking, remove the pan from the oven and prep your avocado.
  8. Cut your avocado into half and remove the pit
  9. Cut slices lengthwise on the avocado and then use a spoon to scoop them out.
  10. Place the scooped avocado on the bagel and top with Farmer’s Finest egg then enjoy!
